People just eat loads of cream, steak and cheese etc by the bucket load, but thats not what it suggests only that these can be eaten.
I had a snack bar, salad, fish chicken and veg at night with a treat chocolate.
10 days lost just over the stone never ate like a pig again and still havent put the weight on. Make the effort for 10days and its over. Did have 2 headaches only in the first 2 days due to detoxing.
