I personally have found the Atkins diet the only diet I can stick to, lose weight and never go hungry.
I eat normal meals but just substitute potatoes or pasta with lots of vegetables or salad.
It is so much easier than having to count points or calories, and the fantastic thing is I can feel the pounds falling off me even though I'm eating large volumes!
I avoid fatty or fried foods, and having lost most of the excess weight I've been carrying round, that can only be better for my health.
I feel more alert and mentally so much happier in myself.
For me it's going to be a way of life rather than a diet for life!
