I am fed up with the Atkins Diet Ive been doing the Atkins Diet since Feb 20th till now but i stopped to loose weight. i start to fed up and i will start to confuse my diet. what i can do in this point.

RE: I am fed up with the Atkins Diet If you really want to loose weight then you must not quit the diet. Sometimes when you want to loose weight you think it will happen in a matter of days. Think about it, it took many years of not eating right to get to a point where you want to go on a diet. it will take at least a few months of eating right to notice a change. Don't give up my friend
